Board of Directors
Christina Monfalcone, CPA, CGMA
I am a resident and business owner invested in the Fluvanna County community since 2001. I am married with three children at Fluvanna high school. I have held various roles in local public accounting firms since first coming to the area in 1999 from a very small town very similar to Palmyra in Southwest Virginia, working my way up from paraprofessional staff to manager and now an owner. Managing up to 15 employees within an ever-changing profession has provided many lessons that I am grateful for. I am a BSA Wood Badge leadership and Fluvanna Leadership Development Program graduate. These programs focus on leadership development and community service.
During my original time as a board member with the Fluvanna Chamber (2012 to 2021) and then starting a new term in 2022, I have served as an Ambassador, Vice President, President and outside accounting and tax advisor. I am also a long-standing member of the Charlottesville Chamber. My firm maintains an office presence in the City of Charlottesville and Fluvanna County. We regularly sponsor the Fluvanna County High School drama department and the football program. My family is deeply involved in the local scouting program as volunteers, where two of my three children are Eagle Scouts with a third very close. My oldest daughter was the first female Eagle Scout in our council and part of the first class of female Eagles in the country.

I hold multiple licenses including but not limited to: Series 6, Series 77, Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health. I have been on the chamber board since 2021 and have served as the Treasurer and I currently serve as the Vice President. My favorite activity is spending time with my wife Dani and my three year old son Bodie.
